Crawlytics is a product of Banks Digital LLC ("Crawlytics", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using crawlytics.app you ("you", "your") agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Crawlytics is a SaaS analytics + agent-readiness platform for website operators. It tracks AI-bot traffic, audits agent readiness, generates llms.txt and per-page markdown, and provides a WebMCP snippet that exposes your site's tools to AI agents.
We may change or discontinue features at any time. Material changes that remove paid functionality will be announced in advance via email.
You're responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. We'll never ask for your password by email.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and authorized to bind any organization you represent.
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, by Stripe. By providing payment details you authorize recurring charges at the cadence and price you selected. All prices are in USD. Annual plans are non-refundable after the first 14 days; monthly plans cancel at the end of the current period.
You can change plans, update payment methods, or cancel any time through the billing portal at /dashboard/account/plan. Failed payments retry per Stripe's dunning schedule; sustained failure may suspend or close the account.
We may change pricing for future billing periods with at least 30 days' notice. Your current billing period stays at the existing rate.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice, and may report illegal activity to authorities.
You retain ownership of all content you submit (site data, configuration, tool definitions). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process that content solely to operate the service for you — store it, display it back to you, route it through AI providers when you invoke AI-powered features, and back it up.
You're responsible for having the right to submit any content, including content fetched from sites you ask us to crawl.
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Stripe, Railway, Anthropic, Resend), and force majeure events may cause downtime. We'll communicate prolonged outages via status updates.
Crawlytics relies on Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, Railway for hosting, and AI providers (currently Anthropic) for content generation features. Your use of features that trigger these providers is also governed by their terms.
You can cancel any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that show no activity for 12 months on a free plan. On termination, we'll delete your data within 30 days unless required by law to retain it. You can export your data via the dashboard before terminating.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that AI-generated content (audit recommendations, agent responses, etc.) is accurate or fit for any specific purpose — you're responsible for reviewing it before relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crawlytics's aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
You'll defend and indemnify Crawlytics against claims arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the service, or your content infringing third-party rights.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email to your account address at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
